how to fix the squelch

FAILURE:
when the radio warms up about half an hour, the squelch opens.
FIX:
change the elcos around the squelch opamps AN829 and NMJ4558
the FK 105 is old, the elcos leak electrolyte over the time.

wilde oscillation
----------------
FAILURE:
the TX audio signal is noisy and weak, power output is normal.
the power amp swings wilde on medium wave and modulates the TX in AM mod.
FIX:
solder some ceramic or dipped mica 10-100nF C´s across C 78 B,
C 240, C 211 and between FB 201 and 202 to ground.
